On Wednesday, Missouri State football had a signing day that you're not used to Missouri State having.
And that appears to be a good thing.
Instead of beating out programs including Quincy, Missouri Western and Arkansas Tech, the Bears were beating FBS MAC programs and North Dakota State for quality recruits.

If that isn't good enough, the Bears went from having a coaching staff that looked at FBS transfers as "used cars" to landing transfers from Cincinnati (who also played at Alabama), Louisville, Coastal Carolina and others.
