Despite being down two starters on a road trip to Evansville, the Missouri State Bears rode a strong second half to even their Missouri Valley Conference record with a 68-58 win.
On a day when many Bears struggled to find the net, freshman Isiaih Mosley poured in a career-high 23 points, including a back-breaking 3-pointer from the top of the key late in the game.
The Bears were facing an eight-point deficit late in the first half when Mosley hit a 3-pointer to close the gap to five.
The second half was all Missouri State, as they outscored the Purple Aces 38-23.
