Missouri State University has conducted an investigation into a whole-body cryotherapy incident that severely injured two men's basketball players, but says it has no plans to release the findings to the public — now or ever.
Suzanne Shaw, vice president of marketing and communications for the university, told the News-Leader that details of the investigation are part of legal work product created by MSU's general counsel, making them exempt from release under Missouri's Sunshine Law.
