Missouri State is in the winning column for the first time in the 2018 season after a 52-24 win over Lincoln University.
But it didn't come without an initial scare.
The Bears watched the opening kick of the game get pooched up in the air and land in between returners. Lincoln jumped on the ball and had good field position due to MSU's mental mistake.
The Blue Tigers kicked a 34-yard field goal to take a 3-0 lead.
With Missouri State driving on its second possession of the game, Jason Randall "fumbled" the ball deep in Lincoln territory and it was returned 78-yards for a touchdown.
