Another player from Paul Evans' pitching factory at Missouri State has been drafted to play professional baseball.
MSU junior righty Hayden Juenger was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the sixth round of Monday afternoon's MLB Draft. He was the 182nd overall pick.
Juenger was 2-2 this past season with a 3.86 ERA in 16 appearances. He allowed 20 hits and nine earned runs in 21 total innings. He worked out of the bullpen the entire season.
His Missouri State career will likely end after three seasons with the team. He has a career ERA of 4.
