The Missouri State men's soccer team's historic season will continue and it will now go further than it has ever gone before.
Missouri State (12-1-0) will play in the third round of the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history after a 2-1 win over Maryland (4-5-2) on Sunday afternoon at the UNCW Soccer Stadium in Wilmington, North Carolina.
The Bears will play the winner of Sunday afternoon's match between seventh-seeded Washington and Grand Canyon on Thursday at a time that has yet to be announced.
There was no score in the first 83 minutes of the match but the final seven of regulation proved to be thrilling.
