As one of the few teams in Division I to not yet start a season, Missouri State is scheduled to finally take the floor Wednesday night at JQH Arena.
Missouri State will begin its third season under head coach Dana Ford at 7 p.m. against Division II William Jewell.
The Bears were scheduled to open their season on Nov. 27. Hours before tip-off, the game was canceled due to positive COVID-19 tests and contact tracing within the Missouri State program.
MSU team activities were put on pause for 14 days and five games were ultimately canceled.
