It took 94 years for Missouri State and Mizzou to return to the football field before the Bears played the Tigers in 2017 but the next wait appears to be much shorter.
According to Mizzou's website, the Bears will travel to Mizzou to play a regular-season game on Sept. 1, 2029
Missouri State will reportedly receive a $550,000 guarantee for the game, according to FBSchedules.com.
The Bears and Tigers played each other in 2017 in a game that Mizzou won 72-43 in Columbia.
