Missouri State needed to come up big in the fourth quarter for its second-straight win and it did.
No. 18 Missouri State (2-1, 1-0) made the halftime adjustments it needed to and made the clutch plays late to come away with a 31-23 win over South Dakota (2-2, 0-1) on Saturday night at Plaster Stadium.
The Bears are on the road the next two weeks as they head to Illinois State next week for another MVFC showdown.
