Missouri State football has had quite the turnaround this season and the rest of the FCS is starting to take notice.
The Bears earned their first national-ranking under first-year head coach Bobby Petrino when the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 rankings were unveiled Monday with Missouri State ranked 19th.
A Top 25 ranking is Missouri State's first since it was ranked No. 24 on Oct. 1, 2018, following a 3-1 start to the season. The Bears proceeded to lose six of their last seven games.
