FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — In Bobby Petrino's return to Fayetteville, Missouri State gave Arkansas all it could handle but the Razorbacks rallied late and avoided giving the Bears what would've been their greatest win in program history.
Arkansas erased a 10-point MSU fourth-quarter lead to escape with a 38-27 victory on Saturday night at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Bears led by 10 after kicking a 31-yard field goal with 12:04 left in the game. A 73-yard touchdown reception and an 82-yard punt return within less than three minutes of game time quickly put the Razorbacks on top.
