GRAND FORKS, ND — Eric Johnson has been through the highest of the highs and the lowest of the lows during his time in a Missouri State football uniform.
The senior defensive lineman was a part of the 1-10 team in 2019 and hadn't experienced much more success before then.
But when he took the field on Saturday afternoon at the Alerus Center in North Dakota, he made history. He was a leader on a team that led the Bears to their first postseason since 1990 after a 5-1 spring led them to their first share of the Missouri Valley Football Conference since the same year.
