Dana Ford earned his first Missouri Valley Conference and road victory as the head coach of the Missouri State Bears on Tuesday night.
The Bears defeated the Sycamores 72-57 while fighting off an Indiana State run midway through the second half.
Bears star Tulio Da Silva led the way for Missouri State as he finished the game with 21 points on 10-of-13 shooting while grabbing eight boards.
