Missouri State fans were treated to one more great half of Isiaih Mosley but the team's defensive inconsistency made one final appearance as the season came to an end.
The Bears fell 89-72 to Oklahoma on Tuesday night in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament. It was MSU's first NIT appearance since 2011.
Mosley finished the game with 28 points while playing in the Bears' first game on ESPN since 2014. He scored 22 in the first half on 9-of-12 shooting with three makes from deep.
The Bears' season concludes after a 23-11 season in which they tied for second in the Missouri Valley Conference.
