For the second time in Dana Ford's three seasons as head coach, Missouri State has clinched a winning record in the Missouri Valley Conference.
That's something no coach since Barry Hinson has accomplished at MSU.
Missouri State (14-5, 10-5) finished off the weekend sweep of Bradley (11-13, 5-10) with a 72-57 victory on Sunday afternoon at JQH Arena.
The Bears haven't won 10-or-more conference games in two-out-of-three seasons since Hinson led MSU to three-straight winning seasons in 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07.
Bradley, again, played without four of its key players — including its three top scorers — due to suspensions that were announced 30 minutes before Saturday's tipoff.
