The Bears (12-5, 10-5) earned a 65-53 victory over Southern Illinois (9-4, 3-8) on Wednesday night at JQH Arena. With the two teams being labeled "travel partners" by the Missouri Valley Conference, the two teams will meet in Carbondale, Illinois, next week instead of playing back-to-back nights.
