Missouri State baseball is off to a start that many haven't been accustomed to seeing in recent years.
The program has been arguably the school's best in recent years, but through six games, Missouri State was off to its slowest start since 2010.
With a win on Tuesday afternoon in the team's home opener — a game in which everyone in the starting lineup contributed — the Bears showed they aren't ready to panic just quite yet.
The Bears defeated Central Arkansas 9-7 on Tuesday to improve to 2-5 on the season. Every player in the lineup had at least one hit or scored multiple runs.
