Jared Ridder's season is over.
Missouri State men's basketball coach Dana Ford announced that Ridder will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing season-ending shoulder surgery on Friday morning.
Ridder's procedure was to repair a labrum tear in his left shoulder.
The former Kickapoo star appeared in one game this season. He played six minutes on opening night and scored one point.
Ridder sat out some of the summer and late in the offseason due to a separated shoulder. He has also been dealing with an ankle injury.
He sat out the first semester of the 2018-19 season to satisfy NCAA transfer rules before playing in 23 games in his redshirt freshman year.
