Special to the News-Leader

LEBANON — Lebanon (10-1) knocked off Glendale (7-3) for the second straight season in the district title game with a 56-26 victory on Friday night.

No time-expiring game-winning field goal was needed as the Yellow Jackets wrapped up their fourth district title in the last five years.

“This feels amazing,” Lebanon senior quarterback Peyton Mitchell said. “We feel good, but we are not done yet. Looking forward to the revenge game next Friday.”
