BOLIVAR — It's not a bad thing when the most disorganized you look during a conference championship game is when you're lining up for the postgame picture.
Kickapoo (23-3) came away with a 67-33 victory over Bolivar (22-4) on the final night of the regular season. The Chiefs' win gives it the outright claim at the Ozark Conference title and their 11th-straight victory heading into a district that can best be described as a gauntlet.
The win showed exactly why you can't discount them from winning their second state championship in as many years — even when they play in a district that includes teams like Nixa and Ozark.
