Over a month into the season, Strafford wasn't playing to the level it was capable of and everyone on the team knew it.
Strafford was coming off back-to-back losses in the second week of January which dropped it to 6-8. Some of the losses were to some of the best teams in the state but Strafford was supposed to be one of the best teams in the state too.
Head coach Tyler Ryerson told his team to have a meeting. He noticed it wasn't communicating as well and the team wasn't as close away from the floor.
