The quest for Super Bowl LVI is on.
On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs (12-5) will host the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7-1) as part of NFL Wild Card Weekend.
Patrick Mahomes and company will enter the weekend as the AFC’s No. 2 seed after the Chiefs won their regular-season finale against the Denver Broncos. The 28-24 victory was enough to help Kansas City earn the AFC West title and a home playoff game, but the defending AFC champs fell just short of capturing the conference’s top seed this season.
Despite a rocky start to the beginning of the 2021-22 season, Kansas City appears to be clicking on all cylinders heading into the postseason.
