The Bears are starting to play better basketball with just a few games remaining in the regular season.
Missouri State (13-14, 7-7) won its second-straight game by handing Indiana State (14-11, 7-7) its first home loss of the season in after a 71-58 Bears victory in Terre Haute, Indiana, on Sunday afternoon.
MSU has played better in recent games. Since losing to Indiana State on Feb. 1, the Bears have won three of four as they attempt to better their seeding heading into the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.
Perhaps the Bears' most difficult game of this stretch awaits them Wednesday night at Bradley — who has won its last three games.
