It took former Missouri guard Mark Smith only a few days to find his landing spot after entering the transfer portal Saturday.
Smith committed to Kansas State early Tuesday morning on social media.
The Edwardsville, Illinois, native is primed to become one of the rare college players to play in three major conferences with his pledge to the Wildcats.
Smith spent his sophomore through senior seasons in Columbia after starting his career at Illinois. A central figure in recent Braggin' Rights matchups, he was always on the winning team in the Missouri vs. Illinois showdown, including an Illini victory.
