With the Texans already having scored a franchise high in points, Dylan Cole wanted to get in on the action.
The former Missouri State linebacker intercepted Tennessee Titans quarterback Matt Cassell for a pick-six midway through the fourth quarter.
Cole caught a ball intended for Titans tight end Delanie Walker and returned it 25 yards for a Texans touchdown.
The score extended the Texans' lead to 54-14.
Cole later in the quarter recorded a sack to become the first rookie in NFL history with five tackles, one sack and one interception returned for a touchdown in a single game.
