Drury (32-0) was selected to host the NCAA-II Midwest Regional and will be the top seed in an eight-team tournament at the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
Games begin on Friday with the regional championship game taking place on Monday.
Drury will play eighth-seeded Lindenwood at 6 p.m. on Friday. The Lions are 19-9 and lost to Drury 89-67 on Saturday in the GLVC Tournament semifinals.
