Marquette scored three runs with two outs in the top of the seventh inning to rally back to beat Willard in the Class 5 state semifinal game.
Willard was one out away from the state championship but Marquette rallied back to win the game 4-3 on Friday in O'Fallon.
The Tigers will play the loser of Friday night's game between DeSmet and Staley in the Class 5 third-place game on Saturday at 11 a.m.

Marquette was on the board first when it used back-to-back doubles with one out in the opening frame to take a 1-0 lead off of starting pitcher Garrett Rice.
