Hanging next to Dave Steckel's computer in his office is a letter attached to a photo with his face crossed out.
The head coach wouldn't say the author of the letter is exactly a "fan," but he can make use of it.
"Motivation comes in all forms," Steckel said.
It wasn't the only letter from what he calls the "haters." It hung next to another.
