With seven games remaining for each Missouri Valley Conference men’s basketball team, there’s a close eye being kept on the standings and seeding for the conference tournament.
There’s less than a month before Arch Madness tips off in St. Louis on March 2.
There’s no team in the Valley that wants to be part of the action on March 2, though.
That’s the dreaded “play-in” round, a four-letter word for players and coaches who want nothing to do with the first two games of the tournament.
That was made evident by the words of Missouri State sophomore Obediah Church on Tuesday night.
