The Missouri State Bears entered the 2018 season through the student section tunnel onto the court in a new entrance to the 5,014 in attendance at JQH Arena to cruise to an 80-54 win over Oral Roberts.
The starting lineups were announced with pyrotechnics for the first time in history, and a different brand of basketball showed on the court in the Bears’ first win of the 2018 season.
The Bears opened with fire after the tip, playing fast-paced basketball on both sides of the floor. Seniors Jarred Dixon, Josh Webster and Obediah Church started alongside junior Keandre Cook and freshman Szymon Wojcik.
