Missouri State men’s basketball coach Paul Lusk isn’t delusional about what his team will be facing on Thursday night at Koch Arena.
He isn’t expecting to see a Wichita State team that comes in lethargic. Or looking past the Bears. Or indifferent about doing what needs to be done to keep hold of the No. 1 seed in the Missouri Valley Conference.
“If you’re going to go in there and give yourselves an opportunity, you’re going to have to play outstanding basketball,” Lusk said. “I don’t know if it’s perfect, but it’s about as high a level as you can play.
