With the second half collapse still on their minds, the Missouri State men’s basketball team wasn’t going to let history repeat itself.
Missouri State (4-1) cruised to a 64-50 win over the North Dakota State Bison on Sunday to bounce back from their first loss of the season.
The Bears took the lead with 17:18 left in the first half and they didn’t look back.
While the offense struggled, the Bears were carried by their best defensive performance of the season.
“I thought our defense was the best it’s been all year,” head coach Paul Lusk said.
