A little bit of insomnia, coupled with some overnight television offerings, helped spark the latest ticket promotion for the Missouri State men’s basketball program.
“I couldn’t sleep and I was watching TV,” Missouri State Director of Athletics Kyle Moats said, “and I see every one of those late-night infomercials has that (money-back guarantee).
“I wondered if we could make that apply for our season tickets.”
A couple of months later, the school wheeled out a similar guarantee for the nonconference portion of the Bears’ schedule.
New season ticket holders have until Dec. 29 to decide they don’t like what they see from the product on the floor, return their unused tickets to the JQH Arena Box Office and get a full refund.
