FAIR GROVE — On a picture-perfect October night in Fair Grove, senior Tanner Lumley synced a back-flip with the intro music to lead the Eagles on the field for the regular-season home finale.
Lumley’s stunt was a fitting opener for a first-half where momentum flipped sides in the blink of an eye.
But Cameron Portis and the Buffalo Bison scored 17-unanswered points to wrestle control in the third quarter and the visitors were left to celebrate a resounding 44-30 win at Fair Grove on Friday.
