Missouri State baseball is set to begin its 40th season under head coach Keith Guttin when the first pitch is thrown Friday afternoon at Central Arkansas.
The Bears are looking to bounce back after a pair of down years following one of the best stretches in the program's proud history.
There are quite a few changes for the Bears heading into the 2022 season — including on the coaching staff, the lineup and in the pitching rotation.
Outside expectations aren't as high for the Bears but that won't stop them from expecting better out of themselves.
