The final seconds of Nixa's win over Parkview went just the way head coach Jay Osborne drew it up.
In a 48-48 game, Parkview turned the ball over with 22 seconds remaining in a Blue Division semifinal matchup. Nixa had the ball and a chance to win.
Junior guard Colin Ruffin dribbled the ball up the court. He dribbled the ball around and drove to the basket with just over five seconds remaining.
A Parkview defender came in to help and left Kaleb Wofford wide-open in the corner. Instead, Ruffin looked to the post to 6-foot-4 junior Jaret Nelson — who caught the ball with about four seconds left.
