ST. LOUIS — A season of high expectations has come to a close and Dana Ford will now enter what will be an important offseason before his third year as head coach.
Ford ends his second year at Missouri State with a 32-33 overall record after finishing the 2019-20 season in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament semifinals after a loss to Valparaiso on Saturday evening in St. Louis.
The Bears were picked to win the Valley before the season and they finished sixth in the league along with winning one game at Arch Madness.
Missouri State's offseason will immediately begin with plenty of open roster spots needing to be filled.
