Mississippi State basketball legend Victoria Vivians isn’t with the Bulldogs anymore. But, that hasn’t stopped Vivians from getting buckets. Just a little while ago, just barely more than one month ago, Vivians was drafted 8th overall into the WNBA. And, fast forward to today, Victoria Vivians officially made her WNBA debut for the Indiana Fever.
In today’s Fever game against the Chicago Sky, Vivians got her first taste of playing against professionals. Vivians entered in the 2nd quarter of the game and made the very first shot of her young WNBA career.
With fans celebrating her arrival onto the court, Vivians drained a perfectly placed three pointer to give the Indiana Fever a 22-20 lead over the visiting Chicago Sky, showcasing her range and abilities in front of her brand new home crowd.
