It’s officially game day for the Mississippi State baseball team! The Bulldogs are in Omaha, Nebraska for the 2018 College World Series and are ready to go against the Washington Huskies for their first game there.
The Mississippi State Bulldogs won’t have it easy against the Huskies. Washington, though an underdog in Omaha, should not be considered an underdog here in this game. The Huskies have hit a hot streak and have proven that they can contend against anyone.
Mississippi State and Washington are very similar teams in terms of how they’ve gotten to this point. The Bulldogs and Huskies have gone through similar journeys to arrive in Omaha.
