It looks like Vic Schaefer is getting a much deserved pay raise and contract extension. After yet another phenomenal Mississippi State basketball season where he took his team to the national title game, Vic Schaefer is getting a big time contract extension to stay with Mississippi State University.
The Bulldogs and Schaefer agreed to a four year extension worth over $6 million. That total is spread out over those four years with Schaefer earning $1,584,000 during 2018. Mississippi State basketball is doing everything it can to keep Schaefer around as long as possible.
Vic Schaefer has certainly earned this huge pay raise.
