The Mississippi State basketball teams get ready to start play this week with the women’s team getting their season kicked off tonight. But before the men’s team takes the court, the SEC announced the coaches selections for their Preseason All-SEC teams.
There were two Mississippi State basketball players to make it on the Men’s All-SEC team for the coaches. Both of those players are seniors on this year’s Bulldog team.
Mississippi State Basketball guard and forward Quinndary Weatherspoon was named to the first team of the Preseason All-SEC team. Weatherspoon led the Bulldogs in scoring last season with 14.
