BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-- Twelve Southeastern Conference track and field athletes have been named to the Men's and Women's February Watch Lists for The Bowerman, collegiate track and field's highest honor, according to an announcement by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
A total of 20 student-athletes nationwide - 10 for each gender - were named to the watch lists.
The five SEC men's student-athletes named to The Bowerman February Watch List are Tennessee's Jake Blankenship, Texas A&M's Donavan Brazier, Florida's Najee Glass, Arkansas' Jarrion Lawson and Georgia's Maicel Uibo. LSU's Michael Cherry, Mississippi State's Brandon McBride and Georgia's Garrett Scantling are also receiving votes.
