The Mississippi State football team is losing Jamal Couch. He’s not injured or expelled or anything of that sort. According to reports, the junior wide receiver is actually transferring away from Starkville to play out the rest of his college football career somewhere else.
It’s a situation that is, well, less than ideal. I’m sure neither party really wanted this and Couch seemingly had a bit of promise and potential. He had the size and physicality to play wide receiver in the Southeastern Conference.
However, things seemingly never clicked for Couch and the current coaching staff.
