The Jackson (Miss.) Clarion-Ledger obtained a Starkville (Miss.) Police report that says two tests were administered to Prescott, who was charged with speeding and driving under the influence. The first one, taken at 1:13 a.m. Saturday, registered as an “invalid sample.” The next, taken at 1:47 a.m., returned “insufficient.”
The newspaper reports that Prescott was not detained on his blood alcohol content level. The arresting officer stated that the arrest was made because Prescott was “under the influence of intoxicating liquor.”
Prescott is scheduled for a hearing April 11, a bit more than two weeks before the NFL draft.
