Most Mississippi State fans didn’t think that much about the firing of UNLV Head Coach Dave Rice this past Monday. Heck, many of you might not be aware at all he was fired. But Bulldog fans should be really thankful the UNLV Rebels initially decided to not let their head coach go at the end of the 2015 season.
It’s no secret coach Ben Howland wanted back into coaching after he was fired by the UCLA Bruins at the end of the 2013 season. Missouri and Tennessee for some reason passed on the coach prior to the 2014-15 season.
