Initially, Reginald Todd expected to begin his college basketball career at New Mexico State this fall.
Instead, the 6-foot-5, 180-pounder from Mobile, Alabama will be playing wide receiver for Mississippi State. Todd announced his commitment to the Bulldogs late Monday night and becomes the second wideout Dan Mullen has added to the 2016 class this summer.
Todd is expected to enroll in July along with fellow 6-foot-5 receiver Osirus Mitchell, who committed earlier this month.
Todd caught 45 passes for 1,308 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior at Blount County High School.
