Courtney Bures, a two-time National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American and a National Pro Fastpitch veteran, is one of the greatest infielders in program history. Over her debut season in 2005, Bures became the first Bulldog crowned SEC Freshman of the Year. She is one of two all-time MSU players to receive NFCA First Team All-American laurels as a freshman. Bures added her second First Team All-American honor as a senior in 2008. The infielder is a three-time NFCA All-South Region selection and earned First Team All-SEC laurels three times over her career.
