The SEC presidents approved a plan on Thursday afternoon to move forward with a 10-game, conference-only football schedule. Athletic directors from across the league approved such a plan on Wednesday, passing it to the Presidents.
The news was first reported by Sports Illustrated’s Ross Dellenger. This comes one day after the Atlantic Coast Conference adopted a 10-game conference schedule for its football teams in 2020.
