It’s not a secret that the Southeastern Conference is loaded with softball talent. Many of the best college softball teams in the nation happen to play in the SEC. And, well, because of that, it makes it hard for the good teams to rise to the top when they have to compete with some truly elite programs.
Each week as conference play in the SEC occurs, these teams beat up on each other. The best in the conference rise to the top and get plenty of attention nationally given that, well, they’ll likely compete for a national title.
