The Bulldogs are the SEC Champions and the No. 1 seed going into the SEC tournament, but the road to a tournament championship is a tough one.
The race for an SEC regular season baseball championship continued into the final at-bats of the season, and given the tight nature of the race, it should come as no surprise that SEC Champion Mississippi State will have battle through what could be a tough bracket to claim the tournament crown as well.
The Bulldogs, the No. 1 seed in the tournament because of their season championship, open up play in bracket two at 4:30pm Wednesday at the Hoover Met.
